In case of any problem we ask you contact us first of all and to not involve in dispute the third party (PayPal, eBay etc.) , because it can prolong time of the decision of a problem.
Any claims must have a basis/reasons and should be confirmed with statistics (you must show us statement of using our system in a live for 7 days). Any requirements of refund or replacement of the adviser without proofs will be ignored .
For confirmation we shall ask to send us the following information:
- URL a trading server of your broker;
- login and investor-password (for read only) of your account.
The statistics as htm, html, gif, jpeg, bmp-files is not accepted. Only direct access to the account . Only so we can understand the reason of a problem and we sincerely hope for your assistance.
